Unlike the direct connection structure, Belt Driven Air Compressor connects the motor and the air end with a belt can play a certain cushioning effect and reduce the wear and tear on the motor and the air end.
It is relatively easy to remove and replace the belt without complicated disassembling as in the case of direct coupling structure, which saves maintenance time and is easy to maintain.
Intelligent control system is adopted to ensure fully automatic and intelligent operation. It detects the exhaust pressure, temperature and other on-site data, and controls the exhaust pressure within the preset pressure range through the air inlet valve, so as to output a stable pressure.
