Vfd For 10 Hp Air Compressor​ (WEG Motor)

The JX-40AS-WEG is designed for multiple pressures which are 0.8 MPa to 1.3 MPa (116 to 188 psi) to suit the customer’s air compressor requirements. The unit can reach up to 4.7 m³/min or 166.0 CFM with FAD at 0.8 MPa guaranteeing powerful delivery of air particularly for focus applications. As a true mains-rated VFD system with a power rating of 30 kW (40 hp), it fulfills high-performance class operations. The size of this unit is 1500 mm x 1000 mm x 1350 mm and the weight of the unit is 650 kg, therefore this unit is space-saving and easily adaptable for existing structures.

• Daily inspection: Daily checking of operating parameters, such as temperature, pressure, and current, and regular checking of bearings to ensure normal operation of the equipment.
• Regular replacement of wearing parts: Replace the oil filter, air filter and oil/air separator according to our recommended intervals.
• Lubricating oil replacement: Replace the lubricating oil regularly to ensure good lubrication and cooling of the screw head.
• System cleaning: Clean the inside and outside of the air compressor regularly to prevent dust and impurities from accumulating.

• Regular Maintenance: Patrol the VFD system and compressor components frequently to prevent sudden failure that leads to inconvenience of operation.
• Proper Installation: Vibration can be a big problem in the course of operation and therefore it is important that the VFD should be installed strictly as prescribed by the manufacturer.
• Noise Consideration: Even though the designed system has low noise output, it is advisable to wear hearing protective gear during prolonged operation near the compressor.
